Yes, company guidance is 160MOU/sub/month. I think that number deserves a skeptical eye, though. They've used that number since I first saw them three years ago. During that time the per minute charge for regualr cellular service has declined and the gaps that GSTRF will service has shrunk. To me, these are two factors that would have reduced the 160 minute number if it were based on anything but pure conjecture.

160MOU/month/subscriber could be low. It could be high. I don't know. But then neither do the folks at GSTRF. Were this number based on a model, it would have been changed at some point in the last three years to reflect the many changes in the cellular world since that time.

And most certainly George Gilder doesn't have the answer to this crucial question.
