Parted with some more cash - bought LII @ 9.25.

70% of BV, PE 6, 4% growing dividend, 10% buyback announced. 28% rev growth, 15% earnings growth past 9 months. New acquisitions to be accretive to earnings.

Downgraded but ???. Looks good to me.
