Julius and Thread, start buying these depressed China ADR again. Established initial position on BYH, GSH, JCC, CEA, and SHI. Will buy more in next few weeks. Has high hope on these ADR's next year. Will not be surpaised to see them re-test their all time high established in 1997.

GSH --- control the railroad between HK and Mainland. WTO means more export/import. More export/import means more profit for GSH. Selling at a PE < 7. I expect GSH to triple from this level when the street discover this stock.

BYH, JCC, and SHI get most of their oil from their China suppliers at a fixed price. Oil price surge will not increase their cost as much as people perceived. But the surge on oil price will definite increase the cost for other petro-product producers. This means higher price for BYH/JCC/SHI's products and more profit. Expect BYH/JCC/SHI at least to double.

CEA is selling at a big discount compare with AMR, UAL, and other US based airline. Now seems the RMB de-value issue is gone. Hope the big discount will gone too. Expect CEA to double next year from here.

BTW, I expect a sharp selloff on internet stocks starting first week of next year. Myself will be a seller first trading day of next year. If not for tax reason, I should have sold everything by now.
