What do you mean Q should receive royalties from China. I thought it was a given - are royalties questionable when it comes to CDMA phones in China? IMHO, China will NOT be let into the WTO - this is a political thing that the Republicans will not allow Clinton to accomplish in his final year. How this plays out in the expected CDMA rollout in China and the effect in Q's stock price will be seen mid-year 2000. Also, how KYO's China business will be affected by China's failure to enter the WTO will also spill over to Q.
