<I would think that the very fact that they picked The CEO of Golden Eagle to give an interview would have to be considered as a positive.> I would have to agree.

Below is the "article profile" from the Wall Street Transcript site. One thing is a major positive... the Wall Street Transcript is a very well-respected publication. Now if only someone could get a copy of the responses to the below questions!!

TWST Questions
<Could we start out with a brief overview and a history of the company, just to set the stage for the readers?

<Now, how did you end up in Bolivia?

<And as we look forward, what kind of time line would expect to get things rolling?

<And what are the prospects for a joint venture?

<And what are your estimates of what the production costs would be there?

<Now, is there any mining going on currently?

<Over what period?

<And what is the political environment in Bolivia?

<They don't have the same nationalistic feelings about minerals there that are present in so many Latin American countries.

<And as far as your deposit goes, is it strictly gold? It isn't commingled with other minerals?

<Now, as we look out over the next couple of years, you mentioned kind of nine-to-12 months in terms of start-up of your own commercial production. When might this commercial production really begin to be meaningful from this deposit, if you started up a year from now?

<And what kind of an investment would you have to make to get up to those levels?

<And when would that decision be made in terms of which way you're going to go?

<And what's been the response to your invitation?

<And if $3.5 million gets you up to the levels you've talked about of $2-6 million a quarter in pretax net margins, what would it take to get to the next level?

<How long is your concession on the property?

<And on the first one, are there any investment milestones, or production milestones you have to meet to maintain the concession?

<So you haven't done that yet, but it could be done easily enough I mean, the technology exists.

<And if you go it alone, where would you expect the money to come from?

<What would cause you to go one route or another at this point?

<Do you have the management team in place to let this company grow and do what you want to do?

<Now, as CEO of the company, where are you spending your time now?

<If people were keeping an eye on the company and trying to judge your progress, what should they watch out for? What are the milestones they can use to judge your success over the next couple of years?

<So gold prices, per se, are not that much of an issue for you.

<How do you feel about the value the market is currently putting on your company?

<And what's the problem? The market just doesn't recognize what you're doing?

<If you were sitting down with some potential investors, what two or three reasons would you give them to go out and buy your stock today?

<Thank you.
