San Diego Soccer Development Corp. Shareholders Approve Roller Coaster
Inc. Merger

SAN DIEGO, Dec 28, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The San Diego Soccer
Development Corp. (SDSDC) d.b.a. the San Diego FLASH Soccer Club,
announced today that it has received majority approval from
shareholders to finalize its merger agreement with Roller Coaster Inc.
(ticker symbol RLLC - OTC pink sheets).

It is anticipated that the merger will be complete and final within the
next ten business days, thus making the San Diego FLASH the only
publicly traded soccer franchise on a U.S. stock market. As part of the
terms of the merger, once it is finalized, Roller Coaster Inc. will
change its name back to San Diego Soccer Development Corp. (SDSDC) with
the proposed new ticker symbol SCCR (OTC-Pink Sheets).

"We are excited about the prospect of being a publicly traded company
and we are looking forward to starting the new year as a public
entity," stated SDSDC President and CEO Yan Skwara. "We will begin the
process of the name and symbol change immediately and anticipate having
the process completed in early January."
