Well i disagree quite strongly. Nobody ever went to jail for not disclosing a PP participation. Perhaps you were thinking of something else. There are a number of levels of participation in companies, and PPs rank rather low on the spectrum. I have participated in PPs, though not since posting on the internet. One of the reasons i don't pursue leads to PPs now is that my name would be posted in bloody Stockwatch, let alone the internet at large.

You're right, we should trust no one on the internet. For that reason i consider it strongly inadvisable to post one's name unless and until it is absolutely necessary, such as for insiders.

The Chief has posted clearly that he holds what he considers for him a sizable position in Rock. Whether or not he got some in a PP is irrelevant, imho. If fuddle really wanted an answer instead of just wanting to nip the ankles of a poster who consistently picks better stocks, he would have PMed him. That he chose the route he did is clearly a reflection on fuddle, who should imho grab a clue.

Now maybe i express that a little harshly, but like you say - Trust no one here.
