You can easily verify what I am saying by calling Hitachi Chemical's US Subsidiary. I have no interest in picking a fight with you. All anyone has to do is look at the agreements. I read SEC documents daily for a living and I can tell you that it is not "boilerplate" (which by the way the SEC is doing away with in their recent mandates to companies) when a company discusses with great specificity the exact models manufacturer will be allowed exclusive rights to and the quotas for those models and which will be nonexclusive. Why limit a company if you are just fooling around? ND
