Hello Raymond, There is no agreement with the town yet. The 27.5 million was placed with no assurances about the town. If there was, Manhattan would have been taken over. As I said, the TG-1 is a mine if there is an agreement with the town. That is what investors are betting on. Hopefully, a few more VMS deposits are found and TG-1 isn't an issue. cheers
