Well Rip Van Winkle, the world is about the same as it was when the lights went out on this board 2 months ago.
No insider action, institutional share's up marginally, and we're still a penny play. I assume that if the sedated management had anything positive to say they would do it. If insiders buy, and then good news pops, the SEC complaint desk will have good cause to sniff.
