<Btw, your example about the power outages in France caught my attention as well while reading the daily news. There are some 1.5 million people currently without power right now in Paris and they want to declare the city a disaster area ... After something like that, I have a feeling that Y2K will be the least of their worries.> It's all relative I suppose. No one cares WHY power is out. They're only concerned that it's out. Especially when the power company thinks they can't get it operational until ... possibly this weekend. Nonetheless ... when a quarter of the French national power grid is down ... this certainly interferes with last minute Y2K remediation. Cheryl
