The internet sector in Japan is poised for rapid growth. Japan is the second largest internet market in terms of the number of users and Japans Internet penetration rate at year-end 1998 was only 10.88% whereas the US has a penetration rate of approx 24%. Hello..time for me to buy this baby long term I think.
