So, the BOD/shareholders of IMUL vote to turn down Icahn's offer and Mr Icahn's shares drop in value from $2.25 to about .25c in no time as the company continues on their planned route of liquidating their assets and reimbursin' the shareholders.

You left out the part about the 9/1 distribution of $1.94/share to shareholders of record, 8/25.
