I already posted that the $5 million+ that is stated as a current liability was converted to common stock in March 1998. Why it is still listed as a current liability almost 2 years later is a good question. It should have been removed. My guess is that it is there to balance the money that they invested into China that they list as an asset. Anybody who invests in this company should phone and inquire about the accounting...it certainly is unorthodox.
