KENNETH,

I assume that you are referring to interest rates. Interest rates are subjective and are not really relevant unless there would be a major rate adjustment anticipated in the near future. EELN is also going global so rates should be less of an issue.

However, the current business model and management?s execution IS critical. Do you feel that EELN can meet shareholders expectations in the long term?
