Prince: Bad news or manipulation, hmmmm Educate me, please. I seem to be paying tuition in the school of heavy USR loses. If it's bad news, shouldn't that be factored into the stock price, hence the HUGE discount in USR implying, buy on bad news, thus stock price increase? If it's manipulation (shorting by the "big boys"?), doesn't that require a rebound when the "anti" manipulation occurs? Please fill me in. Why does this merger have to go through? Don't we vote on it? The majority of share holders cannot be happy with the results. It would be worth the penalty to "Just Say No" to COMS. Talk to me! jrm
