Point is that if you or he or anyone chooses to publish your identity and location, or to publish recorded information like PP participation from which you can easily be identified and located, you may feel free to do so, though i would not advise it. For someone else to do so when you do not is equivalent to a physical threat.
Also there was an implication in the question, that somehow somebody who took down part of a PP would have some sort of unfair advantage, and would need to disclose the fact. Well, i got 15-cent stock in the market, without a lockup period. Whoop-de-doo, there i disclosed it -g- .. i shall further disclose that i wish i'd got more, and hey, why not in a PP, after all that's how companies get financed.
