Anyone know anything about IGT? I own this one and was recently mailed a proposal from IGT to sell my shares directly to IGT for a price of $ 21 per share. Those applying for the buyback who have 99 shares or less would be given priority for the buyout until the actual number of shares reaches their buyback goal.

I have a gut feeling that I should just hold onto this stock and see what happens once the buyback is completed. Selling at $ 21 would give me a small profit.
