I just checked with Fidelity. If I trade options on the web it's $20 trade plus $1.75 per contract. If I trade with a broker it's $25, plus $1.75. The minimum is $27. No negotiation.

I already use dreyfus' options chain, even though I'm not a customer. The problem with switching accounts is when to do it, of course, since you're out of commission <g> during that time.
