Rich: Used to work for an insurance company that has become a health care company. Like everything there is two sides to the story. Your pointing out one of the negatives. I could defend some of the practices but it would take a long time and should not be on this thread. I equate it to the pendulum. At one time there were no controls on the medical community (a lot of waste and inefficency) and now its gone too far (with more waste and inefficency, just different). We'll just have to let the market work it out. Just imagine if you didn't have health insurance and needed to visit a doctor or hosipital. Good buy savings. Tim
