There will be a convention in Washington D.C. titled "Voice Con 2000" during the period 7-10 February.The main topic is the migration of voice communications to the IP.Many VOIP operators as well as many equipment manufacturers will be manning their booths and many will be involved in the seminars and technical presentations. Although my info is preliminary I see no participation by IPVC or any one from IPVC. I shall be attending.
