I think the tell of Insider selling is not the falling price, but the volume. We all knew the lockup expired yesterday so many people sold in anticipation -- this can create a short term (low volume) downward pressure. But look at the volume yesterday and today. It's much higher than average meaning a lot of people with a lot of shares are saying farewell...at least for now. Just my thoughts.
