It's been a long haul for these guys. The shares have been heavily diluted by the restructuring but the choice was clear-do the exchange or go bust. Check news lately and you can find the dilution-they issued about twice the existing shares I think to about 30 million shares? I have owned this stock off and on for about 2 years, they have done everything they said they would, have management with big options, and got Motorola and others to convert. I think, but do not know, that if Motorola (their largest customer) wants to keep you in business you must be pretty good. They have been making regular announcements about new business so I think they are on top of that. They want to reduce dependence on Motorola and are doing so. I hold 8k shares at a basis of about .02 (sold some on the run up recently)so I am a happy camper.
