MM Situation by: Flooor_Trader 12/29/1999 10:54 am EST Msg: 77564 of 77597 Refer to my earlier pre market post. Only change is that the MM's were not able to generate any new sell volume when they tried to take it down a bit. There are NO shares available for these guys to cover...none! Serious panic is now setting in with the MM's, they have completely bungled the QCOM markup..not understanding that you cannot short to supply a stock like this and then wait to cover at a large profit. Bring out the body bags.
