My favorite price top in the S&P 500 Index still remains to be the top put in during the week of July 20, 1998 on the weekly S&P 500 chart.

Did a TIME count the other day and observed the following for this chart:

digisys.net

A count from the top of July, 1998 with the count at the top starting at zero gives an interesting 19/38 week time count. Within this period of time from July, 1998, we have now completed "two" 38 weeks counts with the 38th weeks for the 2nd 38 weeks count BEING THE END OF THIS WEEK. So from the July, 1998 top on the S&P 500 week chart, we are ending the year, century, and millennium on a 38 week time count note NOW!!!...:)
