But we do agree that the down side is not as risky as would be if NYSE BP was in the 60's as 38.6 is. Would 30% on the NYSE BP be a contrarian buy? Also the Hi-Low being at 18.5 % doesn't have a lot of downside risk either. Am I correct in these assumptions?
