(REUTERS) Israeli venture capital fund raises $100 mln Israeli venture capital fund raises $100 mln JERUSALEM, Dec 29 (Reuters) - Venture capital fund Jerusalem Global Innovation Centers said on Wednesday it has raised $100 million from Israeli and foreign investors for three high-tech incubator projects. The three projects develop Internet technologies, Internet infrastructures and medical devices. Investors in the projects include America Online <AOL.N>, Conexant <CNXT.O>, Net2Phone <NTOP.O>, ECI Telecom <ECIL.O> and the China Development Industrial Bank of Taiwan, Jerusalem Global said in a statement.
