TouchStone Software CEO Pierre A. Narath Interviewed on Wall Street Reporter
Narath Comments on Company Strategy, Products and Revenue Growth
NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 29, 1999-- (OTC BB: TSSW) TouchStone Software Corporation's Chairman, President, and CEO Pierre A. Narath was interviewed today by the Wall Street Reporter, a prestigious online financial forum. Narath discussed the company's future plans for new products and investments. In outlining TouchStone's strategy to expand its presence in the niche diagnostic products category, Narath cited several recent partnerships (including EarthLink and Command Software), as well as new product opportunities, as areas for growth.
The company's investment strategy, as outlined in the interview, involves taking minority equity positions in late-stage pre-IPO e-commerce companies, or those companies which are already public and seek bridge financing to proceed to the next level. TouchStone has completed two such investments, with others expected in the near term.
Narath concluded the interview, which was conducted by Michael Wachs of Wall Street Reporter, by crediting new products, a refocused management team, and an underserved market with the company's 41% increase in revenues in the 9-month period ended September 30, 1999.
