I believe I was the first one there Sunday night. I never set the channel to be private, and noticed several people join.

The only thing that needs to be done is to assign a bunch of people ops so that when the net split comes, somone will still have ops in the room.

At this point, there is very little need for ops control, the system and procedures should be set up for control soon.
