There has been institution selling since the stock rose above $13. Insider selling began around that time. When the price hit $20 institution selling intensified. Since INPR top brass has exercised their options they are in no hurry to issue any press release. Most respectable companies issue press releases to prevent loss of capitalization due to drop in share value resulting from insider selling. However, presently more than 50% of the volume is due to individual investors selling their position. Institutional investors are buying on weakness. I think we are nearing the bottom because the Stochastic method is signaling a buy.
