Profund manager was on CNBC this morning touting UOPIX, which is designed to perform at 2x the NASDAQ 100. It was pointed out that a 50% drop would wipe an investor out due to the leverage, and then the discussion moved to USPIX, and there he said a similar rise would not wipe you out, I guess the idea is that as you take half away from a whole you can continue for infinity... I like the idea of buying USPIX rather than shorting, and will look into this after what I think will be a big January...
