PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 29, 1999--USABancShares.com
(NASDAQ:"USAB") today announced that it will launch a new private
label website specializing in facilitating the online needs of
business-to-business e-commerce.
Under the brand "B2Banc.com", the site will provide FDIC insured
banking services and stock brokerage services at www.b2banc.com, and
will offer a series of customized financial packages designed for
B-to-B users to include ISP access and long distance service.

and has remained virtually untouched by the online financial services
industry. As B-to-B commerce expands, we will be there to make sure

B2Banc.com will be a division of vBank, the company's FDIC
insured financial institution. Brian Hartline, chief operating officer
of the company, will serve as President of the new B2Banc.com
division.
