S3 needs to sell off their Graphics division (or at least there desktop chips)... become more of a pure internet play.

Fundementals, is no longer in the wall street vocabulary.

For s3 to break out, they need to divest the graphics division and concentrate on Rioport, Rio, Investments from cash, UMC holdings, ventures, etc.

This stock will not breakout until businesses are spun off or sold.
