ISSI just hit $ 17! Small cap Techs. and internets won't budge even for a 7 % yield on the 30 year bond. It is the Autos and Steel stocks that will get hurt!- even those in the election year euphoria, I doubt if they will cave in too much. Forget year 2000 for the bears - maybe 2002!
