Laz,
A few points after reading a painful series of messages on this thread.
1. Despite your claims, a lot of us who have been long for several years are still here. We just don't have the time to respond to every insignificant message.
2. Many of us didn't sell on the pump and dump spikes, and in fact still have our original investments in EDIS. Frankly, I don't know whether this company will do well or not, but I think there is enough of a chance now, that I will hold on.
3. I doubt very much that you are maintaining a long position while conducting what clearly is an attempt to coerce the company into shutting you up with payment. I don't know and I don't care what your agreement was with them, but what you are doing now is certainly an attempt to hurt the stock. That hurts all of us who really are long. If you were a reputable businessman, you would find a better way to deal with this. I am a consultant, I have never considered going public in the few times I have had fee disagreements with my clients. Hopefully those at EDIS who dealt with you have learned a lesson about checking references before engaging a vendor or consultant.
4. Even if you do have any claim at all on the company, I suspect that your current actions could fuel one hell of a counter suit.
5. A while back you promised that you were leaving this thread for good. Perhaps we should start a public campaign against your web site, since you didn't keep your agreement. |
