I'm wondering if Chapter 11 is in the works, how this situation can compare to Singer (SEW) a few months ago.

Singer is the biggest name in sewing machines and had 1998 sales of $1.3 billion. They filed Chapter 11 three months ago. At the time the price of the stock was about $1.25. It is at $0.50 as of today.

I can't see there not being a way for the company to continue, because they have such a strong brand name in the US and in the world. But yet it's happening anyway.

Anyone have any thoughts on a comparison between companies like Fruit of the Loom, Singer, and Zenith.
TIA, DRat.
