er you couldn't be more right. an effective marketing program would also get them better terms in any financing they may need to get things exciting with the stock price. it seams to me this may be a case of the techies running the biz and being satisified with tech achievements and letting the $ go where they may. i like former salesmen running companies, thats where the rubber meets the road and they like making $$$. imho wmh
