CKahn and Santiago. I'm in agreement with you two on the sufficiency of Christ. I do not understand some of the later chapters in Ezekiel in light of this.

I was asking Brian how he prayed because I would think his "predestination" views would get in the way of any heart rending prayers. If I felt that "salvation" was something that God pre-chooses for a certain "elect" then I don't think I could pray for anyone's salvation because in essence the die (sp) has already been rolled. Having that nagging thought as to whether or not God REALLY wants to save someone would hinder my prayer. Hey, I have enough problems praying for "healing" because I know God doesn't heal all, but I believe He has a greater purpose (though unknown to us) when he allows our prayers to be seemingly unanswered in this area. I can't for the life of me believe God would have a greater purpose for me or others by His desiring NOT to save. I hope what I wrote makes sense to you.
