IDTI R&D is looking at 8" wafer fab line,

and sub 0.5 micron CMOS process technology. The question of the
advanced technology wafer fabrication is a good one! I looked
in the SEC/EDGAR database and in IDTI's 10-Q dated 11/15/95 they
mention some of their R&D efforts. I plan to keep looking to
come up to speed on this technology.
