Charred, In your opinion, who will decide in favor of whatever offer will be presented by MAN ? Is it likely to be decided by vote of the people of Tambo Grande... They certainly wont need unanimity? A 2/3 majority maybe ? DO you know if the Peruvian governement may offer some tax breaks to partially pay for the removal of the town ?
