Hello Claude, the government might wave the 18% tax that is all goods purchased, like the GST. This has happen at mega projects in Peru before. It certainly would help if they applied the same here. About the vote, it will be interesting how they do this. Knowing Latinos, I would hate to be there. MAN certainly has a lot to do to complete the feasibility study. They got the cash to do so.
