Frank,

Casey Cowell was taken by a snake oil salesman. USRX shareholders are getting screwed. USRX is a superior company relative to 3com.

COMS isn't any better or worse than USRX. They just happen to be in a business that INTC is toying with. Do you really think USRX would fare any better?
