Merritt....Thanks,

>>With all the Treasuries taken as collateral on the Fed's longer repos, traders said the spread between general repo rates and funds levels would widen dramatically on Dec. 31.<<

The whole period between Jan 3rd and the middle of January will be difficult to call...and interesting. I do not expect a meltdown, but I do expect the floor taders to make use of any news to rattle the public and take advantage of light hands.
