Tough to do an offering for only $8m, though. An offering would indeed have been nice, as this market seems to reward companies that have follow-on offerings. The increased float and underwriter attention seem to be what biotechs crave these days.

A year or so ago even the hint of an offering was enough to tank a biotech.
