Dave, You have every MDHM shareholder's permission, if I may be so bold, to pull your head out of the sand so that we can tell you that any purported sale of the Company and/or its assets require what is known as SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL. Until then, I'd suggest you refrain from getting caught up in fear mongering and keep your perspective on the good news coming from the RESULTS of the exploration program. Cheers, RU
