Steve,

Re: when to sell

When we see a $1000 price target<VBG>

Seriously, the decision to sell is probably the most difficult one to make in investing, especially when the LT outlook for a company like AMAT is so positive. But as we are trading at about 33X(using latest estimate of $3.80) this years EPS, I do not believe we are overpriced when this sector should be rocking for the forseeable future. I know of few companies with AMAT's potential trading at a near-market multiple. I am holding my core shares until someone makes me an offer I can't refuse:-)
