I think the rubber band broke at $3.00 a share. This stock is going to take a lot of repairing to mend those wounds. Expect everyone to be looking to get out after quarterly earnings are announced. As a result, the expected "bounce" on earnings will likely be less than anticipated Also, do not forget to factor in the inevitable lawsuits which will be filed by shareholders like me who lost money based on this litigation.
