I do not believe that IW has filed an application with the NASDAQ to be listed. At least, that is what IR told me. When I asked about this, they indicated that NASDAQ listing would likely happen in Q2. They want to have a strategic investment bank partner in place first. They want to do this right, not rush onto the exchange as soon as they have met the minimum qualifications. If it takes longer and delivers a bigger bang, that is okay with me. Let them work the plan...
