Today was the first day of the new tax year for canucks, so people can take profits and not pay capital gains until April '01. Also this week is sort of an in-between time, nobody's expecting any significant releases imho. Add to that keith's taking of profit, which some will follow less gracefully i'm sure, and i see the stock being mildly weak through tomorrow. That was not why i sold 2k on the open this morning, it was because i needed the cash for month-end, since i'd been putting everything loose into jdx through the last little dip, and need some now for expenses. No intention to trade the stock short-term or near this level, and it was a tiny fraction of the position. Insignificant. I think i promised upthread to post sales, that's the only reason i mention it.

No telling why people act the way they do, eh. Yes, Olga's right. I resolve to respect the fact that this is the Jordex thread, and refrain as much as possible from responding to petty malice.

Our little gap is filled, anyway, that was bugging me ... my wild guess is weak through tomorrow, then Friday an uptick that could be significant due to the myth that it's the last trading day of the millennium [there was NO Year Zero, folks, sorry, one more year to the millennium -g-] .... then news first week of January, maybe second week but i sure do like Tuesday the fourth -ggg- .... cheers, all .... marcos
