Internet Technology

ATLANTA, Dec. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- HealthWatch, Inc. (Nasdaq: HEALD - news) announces that it has released its new
Web site through MERAD.com, as well as its new Internet technology for business-to-business applications. The new
technology known as MERAD, stores software as unique digital packets to process transactions over the Internet. The
Company will also work with its affiliate HALIS (OTC Bulletin Board: HLIS - news), to market their special Internet
applications to the health care industry.
